The Project Management Office (PMO) is a critical factor in the ability to complete the implementation on time and within the budgetary framework. The PMO provides the overall program and projects' management covering all aspects of project planning and monitoring, resources allocation, and budget control.
One of the most critical responsibilities of the PMO is the planning and managing of the Rollout phase. The Rollout phase is the phase in which the system and the overall solution become operational in the production environment. This phase has to be carefully planned taking into consideration various business and IT objectives and constraints.
With this service, we will structure the PMO group and assign experienced Program and Project Managers.
In addition, we will:
- Set up the PMO documentation library
- Set up the PMO supportive tools
- Train the project team on the project methodology
- Set up the "war room" requiered for the rollout phase. In includes the rollout plan, methods and procedures,
supportive auxiliaries, etc.
