Organization Readiness

In order to achieve a successful implementation of the solution defined during the Discovery phases, various organizational preparations are conducted. These preparations are essential to ensure the business and the IT readiness for the solution's deployment.
In general, the Organization Readiness effort is focused on the operational completeness and readiness of the business processes involved with the operation scoped by the project.

We will deliver:

• Methods and Procedures - Detailed procedures and policies involved with each business processes
• Testing (UAT) - Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) and Acceptance Test Design (ATD) documents
• Training - Training Plan (TRP) and Training Design (TRD) documents
