Vendor Selection

The scope of this service is to manage the vendor's selection process including the RFI/RFP preparation, response evaluation, best and final workshops, and contract negotiations. The RFI/RFP will be prepared based on the Discovery service deliverables accompanied with selection criteria and weighting scheme to be mutually defined with the business groups and IT.
