Discovery

The discovery service is comprised of a combined effort by business groups
and IT to identify business processes and key business requirements
(Business Discovery), identify the supporting operation requirements and
infrastructure architecture (Operational Discovery), and indentify the implementation
strategy and rollout plan (Implementation Discovery). We will manage this service
based on our business processes centric methodology in a top-down approach.
